I used to love tia rosa, We've been coming here for years, order the same thing for my daughter every time, she is celiac so we order her food on corn tortillas. Today they told me they arent able to do that. I said well, just like how you knew my name based off my phone number, ive been ordering the same thing here for years. I was passed to a " manager" bianca , and she said they could do a cheesecrisp on corn tortillas but that they wouldnt fold it for her 😑.. That's fine i can do that part myself i said , then i said i had more to order so she said she had to pass me back to the hostes, ..the hostes picks up the phone and says " what do you want" in a snobby voice, .. i ended up hanging up i was so mad, called back to speak to a manager and after being placed on hold for a while bianca picked up and said they don't have any managers today,. We were placing a large order and now will just be going somewhere else. No wonder all the reviews are terrible. The service is absolutely terrible now. Will not be coming back
