Wow. What a fantastic lunch. Gluten and dairy free was easy. The owner was very conscientious, and the meal (Pacific Bowl) was absolutely delicious - and a very generous portion. So happy that I found this place!

Red Bowls is my new favorite lunch spot when I'm in the office. If you're tired of unhealthy, overpriced, or mediocre food for lunch around the central business district in Seattle, Red Bowls is your saving grace. They have vegetarian and gluten free options. The owner, "Dennis the menace" is so sweet and kind. The food is made FAST, it's very reasonably priced, the portions are BIG, and it's tasty!! I can't wait to go back ❤️
