Would not return. Despite asking multiple times about gluten-free options and cross-contamination—almost to the point of feeling excessive—I was still served a regular gyro. Thankfully, I double-checked before eating and caught the mistake. Although the menu lists many dishes as “GFO,” most of those items are fried in a shared fryer. When I asked, the staff told me there was “just a little bit of gluten” in the fryer, which shows a serious lack of understanding about celiac disease and cross-contamination risks. I nearly walked out at that point, but when a second wrap came, it at least appeared gluten-free. The tortilla itself was surprisingly good—one of the better GF tortillas I’ve had—but the experience overall was not worth the hassle or the risk of being served unsafe food by an uninformed kitchen and waitstaff.

This restaurant is exceptional. The food was PHENOMENAL and I am quite particular about my food. Their entire menu is labeled with gluten free, vegetarian and/or vegan. The waiter (Van) was very knowledgeable and attentive. We will be back!!

Amazing new restaurant in Longmont. We went here for a family member’s birthday dinner and we were all so impressed with the high quality of the food and the chef’s creative recipes. Delicious! We were also so happy to have so many gluten free options! Can’t wait to come back!
