Enjoyed a work holiday dinner at Red Pony last evening. It was an amazing experience. Being gluten free, I was delighted to see the special attention given to my food. The rice served with the salmon was amazing and the chef kindly wrote the recipe down so I can attempt to recreate this delight. I plan to revisit after the holidays and indulge in the Brussels sprouts with pork belly. Everyone was thrilled with the quality of the food, the presentation and the caring staff. You can’t go wrong here.
