Was informed that the gluten free pizza isn’t gluten free based on being celiac safe. They cook pizza in shared oven with no pan underneath. Everything else on the menu not sure.

FANTASTIC pizza and wings! I am a complete cocktail snob and thoroughly enjoyed both cocktails. Fourth time in, and many, many more to go.
Hugely recommend if gluten free, baked wings and gluten free pizza are amazing in their own respect and compared to nongluten free
Mr. Crepe literally made our trip to Nashville. It's a rarity to find gluten-free (allergy) sweet treats that aren't ice cream or gross, dense cakes. The staff was so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They cleaned off the surfaces and made us fresh gluten free crepes. And they were AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS. thank you Mr. Crepe for the great experience! We'd love to come back and try the savory crepes too.
Dinner at Puckett’s was awesome. I have celiac and they have a gluten free menu and clearly label what is fried in a shares fryer. Our server, Brian was super kind and helpful with me being gluten free as well. Thank you Brian and Pucketts team!
Disappointed and underwhelmed.
I was really looking forward to dining at Perry’s, but unfortunately, the experience just didn’t live up to the hype. I ordered the Chicken Primavera and was shocked when it arrived without any chicken—just spaghetti squash and vegetables. No explanation, no heads-up—just missing the main part of the dish.
I’m also gluten-free and was told they’d be bringing out a gluten-free loaf, which sounded great... until a single slice of toasted white bread showed up. One slice.
The service also left a lot to be desired. Our server was inattentive and hard to find throughout the meal, which just added to the overall frustration.
For the price and reputation, I expected so much more. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.
This place is underrated and a hidden gem. The cowboy arepa was excellent, meat was perfect, flavor was phenomenal, and unlike some arepas I’ve had in the past, this one was not too greasy
My wife got the empanada plate and absolutely loved it; they can also accommodate gluten free/celiac
We will for sure be back here!
Apparently the focus is on profit over quality. One of my favorite items was the liver pate’ which was served in a jar with a side of pickled veggies and toast. Now it’s the equivalent of one chicken liver spread on 4 pieces of bread. If you are not into eating mostly cheap gluten carbs ie pizza, pasta, bread choose a better restaurant. So sad to loose another restaurant to budget cuts & unhealthy options. Italian doesn’t have to be only empty carbs. However,Alex was awesome!
I tried this restaurant about a week ago when a woman's group met there. They have great martinis and a wonderful wine list by the glass. I was really impressed that they have a full gluten-free menu. Most restaurants have none. The service was good considering we had about 18 people there arriving at various times. I had a salmon Cesar and the salmon was cooked perfectly! And the Kim Crawford wine was excellent. Something I rarely see on menus. Portions were large and pricing was reasonable. Try it!
Exceptional experience! Tyler, the manager, went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten and dairy intolerance. His assistance in navigating the menu was invaluable. The French toast with gluten-free bread became my new favorite. Outstanding service and delicious options – definitely a 5-star experience!
The chicken was on point. A couple of people I ate lunch with asked about gluten/allergen information and the staff was very knowledgable while explaining the processes used in the restaurant for those diners with food allergies. Overall, great food and great service.
They made a mistake when I ordered and didn’t realize they were out of what I wanted, but were so graceful in getting me another meal on them and refunded me immediately. 10/10 customer service, great food and gluten free options, super cute inside and out. Awesome casual atmosphere but are professional and efficient.
Our first visit to North Italia today was fantastic. They are now in our "return soon and potential favorites" column. They are right on our way home from church in Middle Tennessee. I had the best avocado toast I've ever eaten, hands down. Factoring in, "you get what you pay for" and this toast was 50% higher in cost than any previous avocado toast I've eaten, I would expect it to be better. Counter balance the cost with experiencing a perfectly smoked slab of salmon on the avocado toast for the first time and i know that this is a delicious meal worth repeating. Alyce loved her salad. North Italia clearly gives a great deal of thought into their recipes and presentation. At least they did for the two entrees we had. I told Alyce that it's too bad we couldn't share these entrees the next time we come because I enjoyed the creative variety of flavors in her salad, but Alyce can't stand fish of any sort. Having a new confidence in their salads, she suggested that we should try another kind of salad and their gluten free pizza to share next time. Looking forward to that. It takes two or three outstanding meals over a relatively short period of time (a year or so) for us to add any restaurant to our personal favorites.
If there are endless stars ⭐️ I would make. This is by far the best ever First Watch and healthy restaurant ever. I have never written a review, but when you see how fantastic and dedicated the staff are, you must take the time to thank and appreciate. The staff is not only once or twice nice, they are constantly amazing, attentive and super motivated to get your order just perfect. I have both gluten and diary allergies, they cook my dish is special part of the kitchen. It tastes amazing 🤩 This is the best First Watch restaurant ever, I have tried Brentwood (horrible service) and Smyrna (good). Please give this restaurant and the staff a big applause 👏 thank you so much for being so kind and gentle. We love you guys and will be coming every Saturdays and Sundays 😘❤️😘👋 you make our weekend full of happiness and positive energy.
I am officially obsessed with this place. I went to a wreath making class a few days ago and fell in love with the owners, concept, and the lovely location. I had the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had in my life, and I believe they were gluten-free! Even the drip coffee was yummy! I can't wait to go back.
As a gluten-free person, I loved The Honeysuckle! They were well informed, and made sure my dinner was safe and delicious. The flour-less crab cake made me want to lick the plate, and the steak I had was cooked perfectly. I'd go back again for sure.
Everything about this place is 5 stars.
I randomly discovered it this year and have probably stopped by once a week at minimum since then.
Coffee and hot beverages are delicious but my FAVORITE thing is the baked goods! As a someone who lives that gluten free life, finding baked goods, never mind DELICIOUS ones, that fit into my restrictions is nearly impossible. So this place is a lifesaver. My only wish is that it stayed open later!
Also everyone who works there is super kind and sweet and friendly which makes the whole experience even better! I definitely recommend it.
Located on Hillsboro Road in the Grassland area of Franklin, Tennessee, this restaurant has a hometown feel. They have good food, cookies/pastries, coffee, and tea. They have breakfast and lunch items on the menu. I had the blt on gluten free sourdough bread for lunch. You get your choice of chips or frozen ambrosia as a side with each sandwich. The seating is an eclectic mix of tables and chairs. The restroom is not handicap accessible because you have a couple stairs to go up.
Wow! Excellent in every way! We were promptly seated. The ambience is very cozy and elegant. The bathrooms were clean. We got steak and salmon, and the food is 5 stars, perfectly cooked and well-balanced. The prices are very reasonable. Our server Nicholas went over and beyond. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, made good suggestions, and was prompt. There are some good gluten and dairy-free options. We could not ask for more, and we’ll be back.
Delicious cocktails like their margaritas and palomas. Gluten free options such as bibb lettuce wrapped tacos. I have tried all of their street tacos but prefer the pork belly the most. Outdoor seating on their patio for a nice lunch or dinner. There are heaters for colder weather. Finish off your meal with their signature soppapillas and honey(not gf btw).
Spreey's was an excellent dining experience! They have an extensive gluten free menu and knew how to prepare the food safely. We didn't get sick. I can't recommend Spreey's enough especially if yiu are gluten free! Grant was our waiter and he did an amazing job 👏 🙌! He recommend the banana foster and it was fantastic! We will be back!!
We chose this restaurant because the online menu advertised dozens of gluten free items. Upon arriving at the restaurant we were told they did not have a GF menu but the waiter checked with the kitchen and came back to say "all we have is GF toast and waffles." While we waited for him to return another waitress came over, adding to the confusion. The silverware had bits of food left on it and the napkin roll was dirty. The wall where our booth was located had dirty drippings of what I assume is leftover food/drink throughout the years. We ordered kids pancakes, which were dry and lacking any flavor. The bacon was so crunchy it shattered like glass when biting into it. The side of toast I had was fine. There were only 3 other patrons at the restaurant this morning and the staff seemed half asleep. Our waiter never came back to check on us after dropping off the food, and my husband had to waive his hands at him to get him to come over with the check.
Destiny was so personal and absolutely amazing. She was attentive, the food was amazing! and as someone with a gluten sensitivity I felt confident and happy with my order. She was so friendly and would definitely come back and ask for her again!
Good food, good quantity, friendly service, reasonably priced and two for one beer at happy hour. Only thing on the menu for my gluten free wife was chicken salad but it was good. We will be back
Phenomenal breakfast place in Franklin TN! I tried one of their skillet meals and it was soooo good! I told my server Nikki that I had celiac and she helped me customize my order to be safe for me. They didn’t even upcharge me for changing to gluten free toast: that never happens anywhere else I’ve been! Nikki was a great server as well. I’m in Nashville for one more day, and I know where I’m having breakfast tomorrow!
Fabulous as always! Gluten free rolls that are so good you forget they're gf. My seat mate and partner in crime says their pork chop ribeye was the "best they've ever had!". My venison was perfectly cooked and was modified to be gf. They can accommodate all allergies because they make everything per order.
My goodness! This place is a gem! I love how it is decorated. The service is amazing. I could eat there everyday. So many great options to choose from! I do love that they bake their own sourdough and sell loaves! They use it on their menu items as well. Their gluten free pastries are so good! I haven’t had anything there that I didn’t like.
