Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Robert was the BEST server I’ve had in a long time! He took very good care of our table of Celiacs and also took a second to train another new employee about allergies! A true treasure!

Robert was a wonderful server! He made sure to keep the food celiac friendly due to my family and my allergies!

Red Robin is supposed to have gluten free options so we show up and had the most untrained waitress ever. Every question we had about gluten free menu items she said "let me go ask" after hearing "let me go ask" five times I got frustrated and was about to tell her to bring the person she is asking out. Food was brought out by a girl that had so many face piercings she looked like a pin cushion. Food was not brought out together so mine got cold waiting on my wife's food. She ordered a pizza, fries and a side salad. The fries never showed up, salad ner showed up. Sorry to say we weren't happy with our experience. I spoke to the manager, her response "well everyone's new sometime" would like a real response, not AI.
