We ate here multiple times while staying in the hotel, both breakfast and dinner.
The food is decent but not great. The presentation is impressive, but not so much the taste. Definitely not worth the price, but given limited options in the area it became our staple. I have to note though, the bacon is amazing, best part of breakfasts. Sushi is on the better side too, although also overpriced. Regular entrées were ok at best, we cook way better short ribs ourselves and I rarely leave pieces of filet on the plate, but this one just made me unhappy.
The breakfast crew and the sushi bar staff are a delight. Everyone is super nice and chatty.
Their dinner system is a bit bizarre. Unless you reserve the table it is not possible to eat other than at the sushi bar (first come first served). It doesn't matter how many open tables there physically are, that's just the rule.
Gluten free options are marked in the menu but are very, very limited. Breakfast has an option of gluten free toast.
I didn't take photos this time, given it's a hotel my phone was always charging or transferring data.
