I had a fabulous, healthy lunch after playing pickleball. It was a wonderful surprise to discover this place. They have healthy, gluten free, and delicious options. I definitely recommend -- even if you're not playing -- stop in for a grab and go -- it's definitely worth the effort!

So happy to have a cafe nearby with delicious food! They have great gluten free and dairy free options. I had the tacos, which I loved, and will be going back to try their pre-prepared meals and bakery items. Would highly recommend to check them out!

First note: It is inside the Parks and Recreation facility. The picture on their Google page is a photo of an old location. Google please let them replace or remove that photo. It is not helpful. Absolute gem for gluten free food options which are hard to come by in this area. The smoothie I had was delicious and the menu has lots more to explore.
