As I no longer live in the area, I like to try a new coffee shop each time I return home. I had never heard of this place, but was in search of a good bagel sandwich, and Refuge did NOT disappoint. Both their drink and food menu was extensive with many options for gluten free folks! The house made syrups made for a delicious iced latte and the chipotle mayo on my breakfast sandwich was killer. To top it off, the cafe itself was adorable and the staff was super friendly and helpful. This is exactly what I look for and Refuge is definitely a new region favorite!
