Attention, pardillano celiacs! When I called to make the reservation, they already told me that the entire menu could be adapted gluten-free, and that, in our town, is a must!!! It is true that there were not many people, but both the food, the attention and the prices were 10, accustomed as I am to Boadilla. The salad with carabineros emulsion, the deconstructed nachos, the dish of the day (heart salad with roasted pumpkin and anchovies with chimichurri sauce) and the steak are essential, although next time we will ask for a higher level of spiciness. We have many dishes left to try, so we will definitely return. We have felt very comfortable and with a “happy belly,” as my grandmother used to say. THANK YOU
