Regiment

If this is what people call good service, I feel sorry for the service you have received. Asked for a minor change to breakfast, which was adding gluten free bread, which they advertise as having, and was told sorry they cannot do it. Is this cafe from the 1980s??

The food at Regiment is EXCELLENT but for anything take-away, their packaging is so excessive it's a real turn off. This morning I ordered gluten free toast, which was fantastic, but as you can see, it came in a very durable cardboard tray, lined with grease paper, in a paper bag with a napkin. They did not butter the toast liberally so there was no need for the grease paper or the tray. Next time I will have to eat there to skip all the packaging. Please Regiment, you don't need to package your baked goods like this unless they are oozing with melted cheese. Cannot give 5 stars due to this issue.
