I'm gluten, dairy and soy free. ResQ BBQ catered our corporate lunch today and then I realized their restaurant was nearby my hotel. The brisket and pulled pork at our luncheon was tasty. The majority of their menu is gluten free. I had the half rack of pork ribs, beans and collards. The ribs and beans were 5/5. The collards didn't do it for me. It had a kimchi taste/vibe that I wasn't feeling. I'm fine with spicy foods, but it was the kimchi flavor profile that I didn't enjoy. I don't know why they aren't busier as the ribs were fall off the bone and their sauces are tasty. I'll be back the next time I'm in Leesburg. The apple bbq sauce was my favorite.
