Great food, probably the only restaurant in Jastarnia with dedicated options for celiacs

Cool, but no great WOW. For an appetizer we chose foccacia (here I am more used to light, cloud-like dough, soft and more risen, which perfectly absorbs the olive oil) and we got something like a crispy flatbread made of pizza dough. Correct, but not crazy. Picka came for the main course. The dough was light and tasty for a pizza, well-developed gluten network, nice air bubbles formed. Passata ok. Good quality ingredients on the finish. Delicious salami. A big plus is the ability to change ingredients. I chose Spicy Jack, but I replaced the Philadelphia with mascarpone, and it was a hit. Unfortunately, although the crew is very nice, their performance is mediocre (here's an appeal to the management, maybe it's worth taking care of relieving the employees and putting in extra hands for work?!). We rate the whole thing very well. Unfortunately, 5 stars are not enough.
