Very quiet and pleasant place, the professionals understand my tolerances well, I have celiac disease and they always know how to advise me very well.

I went to eat for the first time since he was transferred to Blanquerna. I have food allergies and I looked at their menu online before going to know what dishes to order. When I arrived I informed about my allergies and to my surprise I couldn't eat what according to their specific menu I could eat... Under pressure from the waiter I ended up ordering anything, even a stir-fry without any garnish came to the table... The food was not particularly delicious, the rice was soggy and I couldn't even finish it... I explained my dissatisfaction to the manager when I was leaving and his only response was that I should have ordered gluten-free pasta, as if I had to know its ingredients... I told him that I had not been given that option and I reiterated my dissatisfaction with the care received for something as serious as a food allergy. He didn't apologize and seemed uncomfortable with my complaint, so I left there even more upset. I, personally, will not repeat.
