Restaurant Al Porcello Felice

I can't find any negative notes about the experience my family and I had in this magical restaurant. The food is quality, certainly not gourmet, but every dish was delicious. The trout, a specialty of the area, was served in various ways (roasted, in sauce with pasta) and I highly recommend it; alternatively you can enjoy vegetables of all kinds, cured meats, cheeses, truffle strangozzi and many other typical Umbrian dishes from this area and beyond. Furthermore, you will have no problem finding different solutions if you are gluten intolerant or vegan, they are prepared for this too. In addition to the food, we got to know the waiter, the son of the restaurant owner: a boy whose name I don't remember, but I assure you he was really kind, nice, cheerful and attentive. Above all he is a passionate person in what he does and it shows, in fact he is not "only" a waiter but also produces the wine that we were able to taste (and not only). He even gave me some cookies! Now we come to the Location: it is one of the most evocative places I have ever seen, the view you have of the pleasant and solitary mountains from up there is impressive, it looks like a painting. What's more, there is an infinity pool that combines the beauty of the landscape with the water. Congratulations indeed, I can't wait to come back🙏🏻
