Well, I describe my experience as a discovery. I am gluten intolerant and after having to try many places that offer gluten-free BREAD and having to chew something that resembles anything but bread, the Niu has given me hope to remember again what a very Well adapted to those intolerant or allergic to gluten.
The food is very good, the service is better, but the gluten-free bread thing is amazing.
