We went to this place to eat a pizza and as an Italian I give it a 10.
I took it gluten-free and it seemed like I was eating a normal one!!!! Really delicious!
The staff was very attentive and helpful.
Go there!
We went to this place because it is one of the few places that you can eat gluten free. We waited a bit but the food was delicious. We ate one of the best hamburgers we have ever eaten, good pinsa. Highly recommended.
Excellent pizza and service. Gabriel served us, and he was great. Especially since I'm celiac and gluten intolerant. I was able to eat everything. Thank you so much!
They should review the allergen icons on their dishes. I have a peanut allergy, and we ordered a dish that didn't indicate it contained peanuts either in the dish description or on the icons. Luckily, they were above it, and I saw it. By law, the nut icon can't be used to indicate peanut content; peanuts have their own icon for a reason. I reported this, and the response was that they had a gluten-free option (????). I was very surprised and explained that incorrectly indicating the allergen on the menu has nothing to do with whether it contains gluten or not. I hope they review this, because aside from that, the food was excellent.
Great that they have gluten-free options and a weekend menu. The bad thing... the gluten-free pasta was soggy and the sauce that accompanied it was quite basic. I had higher expectations from this place. I hope they get better because the service and atmosphere was very good!
We went to dinner on a Saturday night and the truth is, we were delighted!... We had 2 pizzas from the gourmet range to share and they were excellent, the dough, amazing, thin and crispy, a real pizza. My daughter ate some carbonara pasta, too, the carbonara as it should be made and one important thing, her boyfriend is celiac and the restaurant has a menu for celiac people and this is a plus, bravo and thank you 👏🏻👌🏻 ...in short, a little less than €20 per person, excellent value for money... We will definitely return because all the workers are very attentive, professional and friendly, the owner too... I recommend 💯🔝
Excellent food. They have a gluten-free menu with a variety of pizzas, appetizers, and desserts. The service is very friendly; reservations are recommended, as it's always busy.
The best gluten-free pizzas in the world. The menu is extensive, and we thoroughly enjoyed the food. The service was very friendly and attentive. We'll be back soon!
Special mention to the gluten-free pizza. It's been a while since we've seen such a well-made crust. Everything was spectacular, and the service was top-notch. 👌🏼
I'm afraid I must post what I think publicly.
My girlfriend is lactose intolerant and has alpha-gal, the dinner was going great, we asked for the vegan non gluten pizza.
They brought us a vegetarian pizza and asked the waiters multiple times if the cheese was vegan and the pizza was vegan they kept saying yes yes yes, 4 times.
Unfortunately I had to bring my girlfriend to emergencies due to the unprofessionalism of not double checking their order properly.
I'm not wanting to blame anyone for what happened but it's a dangerous behaviour to have this little care for some food so SPECIFICALLY asked for.
The restaurant I'm sure it's great, but my experience wasn't the best sadly, I wish this restaurant the best, but I must please ask to be careful with these specific orders.
Second guessing is better than just delivering whatever, please take health seriously when your clients do tell you they have a life threatening condition.
They have gluten-free pasta and pizza options. The portions are good and filling. They also have gluten-free desserts such as gluten-free tiramisu, which is like ice cream, panna cotta and some more. The staff is very attentive.
Delicious food in a cute little place. They even had very nice gluten-free options and were knowledgeable about which dishes had gluten and how much (I am gluten intolerant and not allergic). The waitress even asked if the pasta can be cooked with other gluten pasta. The best thing was the waitress, she was very charming and welcoming. Definitely recommended!! :)
We went to eat with the family and my wife unfortunately does not eat gluten and is vegetarian. When we told the innkeeper we did not feel any interest in looking for an option for my wife even though we asked him. It is important, no matter how Italian you are, that you seek to include people who cannot eat gluten and are vegetarians. That was not achieved in this restaurant and the waiter's response was what bothered us the most.
The best pizzeria in Ruzafa!!! Delicious pizzas and pastas and incredible desserts... there are some gluten-free options... Barbara, always very attentive and friendly and a terrace that invites you to stay for drinks!!! Highly recommended
Don Salvatore: excellent atmosphere, very good service and magnificent food, taking into account celiac disease. Thank you, Edison, for your kindness! Thank you all for your attention!
We will be back.
They are the best GLUTEN FREE pizzas I have ever tasted.
However, the service and attitude of the waiters leaves nothing to be desired. Still, I will return.
We went to La Tagliatella for lunch and the experience was excellent. I especially want to highlight Romina's service. She was charming from the very beginning, and as always when we go there. She was very attentive to our needs and explained in detail all the gluten-free options available on the menu, something we greatly appreciated. Thank you for making everything so easy and enjoyable!
What a pleasant surprise! I came to La Trattoria Gandia looking for gluten-free and vegan options, and I was delighted. I tried a gluten-free vegan pizza with plant-based cheese, and it was spectacular: crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and the vegan cheese was surprisingly well-made, with a 10/10 texture and flavor! They told me that the gluten-free dough was delivered pre-made from Italy, which was truly excellent!
We just finished eating and, as always, everything was superb. The guys were especially kind, the food was excellent as always, and the care they took with the gluten-free food for my son was outstanding. We've made it our favorite restaurant to celebrate all our special days. Thank you so much for everything, guys. See you soon.

Best pizza in Valencia. Great and friendly service. Good gluten free options with gluten free pasta (they don’t have gluten free pizza but it is ok). I highly recommend.
Excellent service from Esteban, we'll definitely be back. The food is delicious, and they have gluten-free options, which is very important. Esteban was the highlight.
Gluten-free ravioli are delicious!! I haven't had such delicious pasta in a long time. And the sage sauce…. Awesome! The tiramisu is a delight. Excellent attention from the owners and all the staff. Super nice atmosphere.
I ate quite well but I have to say some things that I didn't like, the service was very slow even though we were the first to enter the restaurant and order. The ravioli dish was very lacking. Everything else is pretty good. My celiac friend was treated appropriately according to her needs. I will surely return in the future because of the three times we went, this was the first time we had problems.
They have a good variety of gluten-free pizzas, but not so much of pasta... I ordered an appetizer, which was a slice of pizza rolled up with meat... and they gave me something else, with some slices of bread.
The service is a little slow, but not too slow because they also have takeout, and although there are a lot of people, it's not very efficient.
Three Kings' Day, a reservation made 15 days ago at 1:30 PM. We ordered a burger from the kids' menu and two adult burgers. One regular and one gluten-free. The waitress came back several times to ask why the gluten-free burgers weren't suitable for celiacs. In the end, we were served the two adult burgers at 2:15 PM. We ate and ordered coffee without dessert. To our surprise, the waitress arrived with the bill at 2:35 PM because she had another reservation waiting for us. We told her we had just finished eating because we were served very late, that they were kicking us out, and both the next customer and the waitress rudely "invited" us to pay and leave. Disappointing, we won't return.

Super recommended 😉
Everything was delicious 😋 and the service was fantastic.
We ordered 3 starters (beef tongue and lemon fish tartare and an oxtail croquette), 2 main dishes (Steak deer tartare and burnt octopus with chickpea cream), 2 desserts (creamy horchata and Pedro Ximénez zabaione) and 3 glasses of red wine + bread and a black coffee. In total, €88.30. We will return to try more things on the menu!!
They adapted the dessert to be gluten- and dairy-free, and they also made the bread with and without gluten.
Thank you so much!!🙏🏼✨✨✨
There are gluten-free options. I'm celiac and I had gluten-free pasta with pesto sauce. Delicious. They also have an allergen menu, which I thought was super helpful.
Perfect, I could stay there because that's how it was, but the truth is that they deserve to be told why, spectacular homemade food, wonderful treatment, a thousand facilities so that a celiac person could eat practically everything.
A 10, we will return without a doubt
We were looking for gluten-free pizzas in the area, and the reference came up first on Google.
A GREAT CHOICE!!! The homemade dough, both regular and gluten-free, made to order are some of the best we've ever tried. They also offer a variety of prices, including the best pizzas in Spain since 2019.
The dessert, the Sicilian Cagnolo, is delicious.
Iván served us wonderfully, with great kindness and attention.
A 10/10, we will definitely return!!!
