Tagliatella is synonymous with quality so it is difficult to fail no matter which restaurant you go to. The one in Parets is no exception, we went to eat during the week and quite early, so we were alone, we could talk about our business and the managers were very friendly due to my client's gluten intolerance. Explaining everything and warning us at every moment. Very good!
