I wanted to go here to experience a true honoring of Canada, the land, and the people as well as the foods that made this land. Absolutely beautiful. Felt like we dropped into a fantasy of the flavors of Canada. They had no problem meeting gluten-free pescatarian requirements. Phenomenal.
