"That's why we come to restaurants" is the comment that remains from this romantic evening in this previously unknown restaurant, even though we were practically neighbors.
Refined, delicious cuisine with products that are honored on the plate.
Hats off to the artist who welcomes, cooks, and serves alone; you can feel the passion, and it's what will make us want to come back!
Big up for the improvised gluten-free dessert; they don't make it every time, and in my opinion, it increases the points quota ;)

We came to eat several weeks ago with friends and family, it was absolutely wonderful. We had a great time, the chef listened to our requests, he even made a dish that was almost safe due to my allergies (being celiac, he adapted the sauce that went with the dish). It was delicious, the wine was superb, and so was the atmosphere. I will definitely remember this address, and if I am back in the area, I will not hesitate to come back!!
