It was an experience like no other. The care they put into each of the dishes is unmatched. The attention of the waiters is the same, especially with the issue of gluten. We ate the most extensive menu and had almost 4 hours of food from start to finish, which avoided that feeling of stuffing that can occur with a menu with so many dishes. It was wonderful and we will definitely repeat.
