Restaurante Miguel Ángel

It is, without a doubt, one of my favorite restaurants in Guadalajara (if not the favorite), both for having a drink/snacking casually and for sitting down and treating yourself to a delicacy. The service is always excellent, very friendly waiters, who always look out for the customer and provide excellent service. In addition to always giving good advice with food choices. I particularly like Ángel and Lucas a lot. In general, there is always a very good atmosphere. The food is delicious, both starters and mains. My favorite dishes are the leeks, the salad and the lazy tortilla. It is always a pleasure to return. Being celiac, they adapt practically all the dishes and have gluten-free bread

100% recommended if you are from Guadalajara or are passing through. There's nothing I've tried that I didn't like. Everything is exquisite, you can see the quality of the ingredients and the qualifications of the staff who work there. I have to highlight Ángel, who attended us that day. He was super nice, courteous and helpful at all times as well as a great person. As a recommendation I make the leeks, the torrezno and the beef tenderloin. We will return to try more things without a doubt. Highlights of the menu are that it has many gluten-free options as well as bread and beers for celiacs.
