The food is great, we tried the cuttlefish, the tomato salad with belly, the ribs, 38 hours at low temperature (highly recommended), the Wayu burger and 3 desserts, everything was very delicious, you can tell that a very good product. The super attentive and polite staff made us feel very comfortable. The allergy issue is very controlled, almost the entire menu is gluten-free. Ideal for celiacs. We will return for sure. A 10.
