We went as a family. The restaurant is classic and elegant, and since we were with children, we opted for à la carte instead of the set menu. My wife is celiac, and we had no problems at all; they were very accommodating in that regard. Of the dishes we chose, the turbot was very good, we liked the potato omelet but expected more from it, and the lamb tartare tasted too much like lamb, in our opinion. The price was a bit high. The service was very attentive. I would recommend the place, but I think it's better if you order one of the set menus.

Extraordinary. The service is excellent, delicate, discreet, and super attentive. The wines included in the tasting menu are of good quality, smooth, and fruity. The presentation of the food is superb, creative, and subtle, and the flavor of each dish served was exquisite. I am gluten intolerant and don't eat red meat or pork, and they tailored the menu to my needs with a certain kindness, openness, and receptiveness. I am deeply grateful for the understanding and adjustments to my request. My congratulations and recognition to the chef for such good taste, creativity, and above all, originality and understanding of the customer's needs. Thank you, thank you, thank you. It's not a cheap restaurant, but good service and attentive service come at a price. I highly recommend it, without a doubt and with no reservations. I will return if I visit Pamplona again.
