Aperitif at RIBELLE, run by Salvatore, highly recommended, even for those who have gluten problems like us! We come from Bergamo, I spoke to Salvatore on the phone before our visit to Assisi and what he guaranteed me on the phone, for me and my son, went beyond our best expectations. Very good bread, top fillings, adequate prices. The rest of the family also ate very well, with various and plentiful appetizers. It was a pleasure meeting you! Corradina
