Aperitif at RIBELLE, run by Salvatore, highly recommended, even for those who have gluten problems like us! We come from Bergamo, I spoke to Salvatore on the phone before our visit to Assisi and what he guaranteed me on the phone, for me and my son, went beyond our best expectations.
