Having a cooking class with Giacomo was the best experience we had in Palermo! He was very professional and fun to cook with. He was very attentive to a gluten allergy in our group and was willing to prepare different dishes to accommodate that. I would highly recommend a class with Giacomo and make sure you go hungry because he prepares many fabulous dishes to try!
