Restaurant, in my opinion, specialized in the preparation of 'Fritto Toscano', in different variations and I finally managed to eat an excellent "fritto misto" (with chicken, rabbit and even brains) GLUTEN FREE! By now I had lost all hope that there was a restaurant organized to do it safely and without contamination. Next time I will try the other numerous gluten free dishes (including appetizers, first and second courses) that they prepare.
