It was recommended to me by the owner of my hotel as the best Ischia-style rabbit, and it lived up to expectations!
The rabbit is served whole and is quite filling. So consider carefully whether to take other courses.

When I chose the Montecorvo restaurant I didn't know that I would be climbing the narrow, bumpy streets between Panza and Forio d'Ischia.
It was worth it.
Elegant but informal. Typical and innovative dishes. Excellent service, prices appropriate to the location.
Also highly recommended for celiacs.
