The truffle pasta is delicious, and for those who are gluten intolerant there are great options here. Magnificent attention!

We, on holiday in Florence, had dinner here with Florentine friends. Unfortunately this time the restaurant was not up to our expectations. The elegant environment, absolutely. Fast service ... but not professional enough for a restaurant of this profile. My friend had to order lactose-free dishes. The waiter instead talked about gluten. The wine? Without advice or comments. The waiters seemed like nice guys who ran and joked, but they lacked that attention to the customer and to the gastronomy that can transform any dinner into an experience. We wanted to order a prosecco, there were two on the wine list - without the name of the winery. The Florentine - which is not my specialty, but some local friends do - came with a lot of fat. In good company we still spent a nice evening together. But based on this dinner, I cannot recommend the restaurant.
