This is the perfect place to get REAL FOOD! Cori makes everything from scratch with organic ingredients, no GMO's, etc. Great options for vegan and gluten free, and those on special diets. Her salads are delicious! Very personal and friendly service by the owner/operator. Highly recommend!

We stumbled upon Ritual Salad while on vacation in Duluth and were so excited to find a place that could accommodate my husband's gluten-free dietary restrictions! After all the heavy meals we'd been enjoying, our bodies were in need of something healthy, and this hit the spot. The salad portions are very generous; you could easily make 1 salad into 2 meals. I did one of the already comprised salads, while my husband made his own and both turned out delicious! We chatted with the owner a bit and you can tell she has pride in her business. I also love the witchy vibe/aesthetic of the shop and that they promote equality for all!
