I ate here as a celiac who was just diagnosed 6 months prior. They have a lot of gluten free items on the menu so I asked how those would be prepared. I was told the corn tortillas and chips are cooked separately from the flour tortillas. I opted for the steak fajitas and asked for a glove change and just double checked about the corn tortillas. Was reassured they were cooked separately. After 2.5 hours I did not have a reaction

Delicious food! Portions are huge. We went home with three to go boxes. I have celiac and was able to eat multiple different items and be safe. Loved that each of the booths and chairs were all a little different. Will be back!
