Riz Lie Amande

I’ve been a devoted fan of Riz Lie Amande’s creations since 2023, when I first came across them in Ningyocho. As the pastry chef and owner, Misa-san’s attention to detail and passion for gluten-free baking truly shine through in every treat. From the éclairs to the Gâteau Fraise and every other delicate dessert, each item has a moist, smooth texture and flavour that simply melts in your mouth. The gluten-free éclairs are so delicious, you’d never guess they’re free from wheat, even when you’re told. The Gâteau Fraise, with its perfect balance of light, fluffy layers and fresh strawberries, is my personal favourite. I couldn’t recommend Misa-san and Riz Lie Amande enough. Their gluten-free creations are nothing short of outstanding!

I ate cakes, baked goods, and bread, and they were all delicious. Plus, it's gluten-free! You wouldn't know unless it said it was gluten-free. Up until now, I had thought that since it was gluten-free, there was nothing wrong with the taste, but when I came across this restaurant, I completely changed my mind. I was impressed that they had such delicious cakes and baked goods even though they were gluten-free. The baked goods bags and gift boxes are both cute and recommended as gifts!
