Fun little vegan and gluten-free cafe. The staff working were friendly and kind. It is a small place and the serves are to the smaller side, too. Maybe more of a snack and treat spot I’d say. We came for lunch and had a pizza and burger plus cake and smoothies and drinks and weren’t full after. The rainbow cake looks beautiful, but wasn’t too flavorful. Tiramisu was more enjoyable. Great alternative cafe if on the search for gluten-free and vegan or dairyfree sweat and savory treats!

This place was so incredible, I couldn’t resist coming back a second time during my trip. The Dan Dan udon, curry udon, and mushroom tempura are all must-tries. Gluten-free food doesn’t always get the credit it deserves, but this spot truly delivers whether you’re GF or not.

Excellent place for people with celiac disease! Everything is gluten-free and delicious. We tried the pepperoni pizza, a baguette, a bacon braid, and a kind of vegan curry-filled bun. It's a small takeout place, although there are a couple of benches outside where you can eat. The guy is very friendly and speaks perfect English. 100% recommended, but we recommend getting there early because they're so fast.

Went there today for a quick lunch and got a hummus sandwich for takeaway. I will tell you it was so so good! There's fresh veggies inside and the bread is phenomenal. I visited L for You AOYAMA, a gluten-free cafe for intestinal health in Omotesando. I've been eating and drinking a lot these past few days, so I came here to give my stomach a rest (^^)... I had burdock and mushroom intestinal health soy milk soup, a plate of brown rice and vegetables, and pomegranate green tea. I'm so happy it's gentle on my stomach...no guilt... It also came with a small banana bound cake, so I was very satisfied! Thank you for the meal (^_^)!

I happened to come across a gluten-free bakery so I went there with my husband. Everything looked delicious and it was hard to choose. The staff were friendly and very likable. When I received the bread, some were warm and I couldn't resist, so I tried them on a bench in a nearby square. They were plump and had the aroma of rice flour and were delicious. I'm going to buy some more now. I hope they still have some left.

Saved our trip! My son is gluten free, and Japan (largely) is not. It was very hard to find food for him, and other gluten free shops either weren’t really gluten free, or just tasted bad, had very small menus, or were closed when they said they were open. But Biossa had exactly what we needed. Good, fresh, delicious gluten free bread, muffins, baguettes, and croissants! That way we could pack and carry the breads around Tokyo, so my son could eat almost anywhere (by swapping out the provided breads with these gluten free ones). Game-changing. Thanks Biossa!

This place is amazing. A quick walk from Kichijōji station, there's several pleasant spots to tuck in and eat. I discovered this baked confectionery shop while strolling through the back alleys of Roppongi. There are many sweets that are gluten-free and made with rice flour. Today I had a berry pound cake. The taste was very good. The price is a little high, 600-700 yen per packaged piece, and the pound cake has no additives, so it has a best-before date of 1-2 days.

Located in a quiet residential area near Daikanyama, "Yama no Hitsuji" is a gluten-free & medicinal food cafe run by a medicinal food chef. It's a short walk from both Daikanyama and Ebisu stations, and is a hidden gem that suddenly appears in a residential area. There's a sign outside, so don't miss it; just walk in and you'll find the shop in a house one block away. The side dish plate (1,500 yen including tax, changes weekly) uses plenty of seasonal vegetables, and all of them are healthy and delicious. The attention to detail, such as black rice and gluten-free soy sauce, is outstanding. The food is served a little slowly, so it's best to go with plenty of time. The portions of the main meat dish are large, and even men will be full. The interior of the store is dotted with sheep motifs, and the mascot dog "Komugi" will greet you. He barks a lot (lol). You can also bring your pet. There are counter seats equipped with power outlets, and it is a relaxing space where time flows at a leisurely pace. This is a place that is recommended not only for health-conscious people, but also for those who want to restore their mind and body. Only cash is accepted, and electronic payments and cards are not accepted.

This gluten-free waffle shop uses buckwheat and rice flour grown on their own farm in Shinanomachi, and the fruit seems to be delivered directly from the farmers. On this day, my eldest son and his wife invited me to go for a stroll around Yanaka Ginza, and my wife loves soba noodles, so my eldest son bought me some soba soft cream. The inside of the store is very spacious and new. It's a takeout specialty store, but there are chairs for resting inside.

This is my second visit. I tried two types of newly introduced gluten-free pancakes. This time I ordered ・Gluten-free pancakes with whipped butter (1,600 yen) ・Gluten-free pancakes with bacon and egg (1,800 yen) The sweet dough made with rice flour goes well with the salty bacon and whipped butter♡ They are small in size so you can finish them in no time. Personally, I recommend the bacon and egg because it is more filling! This set is available until 11:00. You can eat pancakes after breakfast is over, but the set is a better deal because it comes with a drink♩ ** ┈┈┈┈┈┈** ⸜⸜ Follow me ⸝⸝ Instagram→ayumax666 TikTok→ayumax666 YouTube→AYUTRIP ** ┈┈┈┈┈┈**

A small gluten free bakery. A lot of the desserts suffer from the usual issues with introductory gluten free baked goods. The cookies are dry and crumbly, more like biscuits. The recipes could do with a nice bonding addition such as xanthan gum which would keep baked goods moist and springy. The double chocolate chip muffin was pretty good.

I’ve been a devoted fan of Riz Lie Amande’s creations since 2023, when I first came across them in Ningyocho. As the pastry chef and owner, Misa-san’s attention to detail and passion for gluten-free baking truly shine through in every treat. From the éclairs to the Gâteau Fraise and every other delicate dessert, each item has a moist, smooth texture and flavour that simply melts in your mouth. The gluten-free éclairs are so delicious, you’d never guess they’re free from wheat, even when you’re told. The Gâteau Fraise, with its perfect balance of light, fluffy layers and fresh strawberries, is my personal favourite. I couldn’t recommend Misa-san and Riz Lie Amande enough. Their gluten-free creations are nothing short of outstanding!

When I was having lunch at a nearby restaurant called Otamaju, I saw a flyer and found out about it. As it is a gluten-free sweet, Don't worry about that! I asked. These are the most delicious sweets ever. All muffins except those containing chocolate, chiffon cake, and, I bought gateau chocolat, which my 4th grader loves. without feeling guilty, I bought it as a morning gift. I ate one to taste in the car on the way home, and... Really delicious, Texture, exquisite blend, sweetness, Everything is very delicious, I don't snack, I ate it with all my heart's desire. The few remaining muffins, Morning of the next day, I also received it in the morning the next day, No change in taste, I thought it might have helped because it wasn't nearby. If you go nearby, I will also buy everything except chocolate. ( ´ ▽ ` )
