I discovered this baked confectionery shop while strolling through the back alleys of Roppongi. There are many sweets that are gluten-free and made with rice flour. Today I had a berry pound cake. The taste was very good. The price is a little high, 600-700 yen per packaged piece, and the pound cake has no additives, so it has a best-before date of 1-2 days.

I had been curious about this place for a long time and decided to visit it for the first time. A shop tucked away in a back alley. Apparently they have a limited edition pound cake every month. The customer service was very polite and I was able to sample the cookies that I was interested in. It's gluten-free, each piece is made with care, and the taste is delicious. I would like to purchase it again as a souvenir or reward.
