Go here! ❤️❤️The fact that they have gluten free bread already made my day as Ive been craving a good sandwich for weeks. The italian panini is by far the best panini Ive ever had. Ill make a point to go there anytime Im in Pueblo. YUMMMMYY!

We were excited to try Rocos on our trip up i25 from Texas to Denver when we saw such great reviews and I could get gluten free. We arrived at 1:55 pm on a Friday and all the doors were locked. The girl at the drive thru explained that they close at 2;00 PM Fridays for the entire Weekend (Saturday and Sunday too). While we could order drive thru for their last 5 minutes, that was the only option. There were NO hours listed on their website and GOOGLE still marks them open (it is currently 3:45 PM. ) Excuse me while I find a place to eat that needs business and has a work ethic. And lists hours on website and Google business
