Roegels Barbecue Katy

The BBQ sauce is gluten free and has a decent flavor. It does contain some corn syrup though. The meats are all gluten free, some sides were gluten free and some weren't and there seemed to be a little confusion about which ones were safe. The brisket was good, I would say better than spring creek or rudys. The beans were good, I think I like Rudy's and midway's beans better, but there was nothing wrong with the ones at Roegels. The ribs were pretty tasty, better than Rudys' spring creek, or midway. Overall it didn't blow me away but it was a decent place, the ribs and briekt were above average, and we would make it a part of our regular rotation.

We found our new BBQ Place! As a gluten-free family, Roegel’s staff was knowledgeable and the food was Fall. Off. The. Bone. Tender! The brisket was amazing (not hyperbole!). A great full bar in a veteran owned establishment! We will be back (often)!
