Really nice experience here. Chef and assistant were easy to talk to and knowledgeable about the fish they were preparing. There are a few rotating chefs. I have celiac and the restaurant is mostly all gluten free already. Put allergens in your reservation so they are prepared. I had no celiac/gluten reaction. They use tamari by default. Reservations open at 6am for the day, so set your alarm! Menu is set and you can’t choose, you get what they make! There are a couple bonus add ons at the end if you wish to choose from those.
