Root & Seed is one of my favorite spots for healthier baked goods that are both gluten-free and dairy-free—and absolutely delicious! They also have amazing matcha and smoothies that I keep coming back for. The owner and staff are so warm and welcoming, and the vibe is super chill. I love coming in to work on my laptop while enjoying a matcha and a cookie. If you’re looking for a gluten-free gem in Lakewood Ranch or Sarasota, look no further—you’ve got to check them out!

Tried this place for the first time and was extremely impressed. As someone who is gluten free, I could choose anything on the menu to have! Very clean and friendly atmosphere and highly recommend!
