I was beyond impressed with our visit to Roots Natural Kitchen. The staff went above and beyond to ensure safety while ordering gluten free (allergy). This level of care is hard to find in a quick service restaurant and I'm thrilled to add Roots as a safe spot when traveling. I thought the meal was delicious and my 3 kids did as well. We enjoyed the Southern, Rissa, and Balboa bowls. The Balboa actually made my 16 year old "full" which is a rarity. Thank you to the wonderful staff and whoever is responsible for training them. After hours on the road you made this Celiac Mama's day.
