We wanted a late night slice and the restaurant was crazy busy even though they were going to close in about 20 minutes. We went in and my husband ordered a slice and asked if they sold gluten free by the slice. They said sorry no but that they could make a GF pizza for me and it would be done in about 10 minutes. So that's what we did. The pizza is delicious, the service is wonderful and the atmosphere there is fun. Rosalie's is fantastic!

Went in for a late night slice probably an hour before they closed. The place was hopping and the environment was great. The staff behind the counter were still very friendly and didn't seem to care what time it was. I ordered a slice of pepperoni and a gluten free cheese pizza for my wife. It didn't take long to get it. The pizza is top notch. Delicious.
