Rosebud on Rush

I have a gluten-sensitivity - wheat allergy. When I came in, asked our waitress if there's any way the chefs can make me a "deconstructed lasagna"; basically all the yumminess of the filling with the GF noodles. The waitress came back and said the chefs would love to attempt something like that. It was DELICIOUS!! I will definitely be going back when I'm in Chicago again in a couple of months. Everyone there was over the top wonderful! The waitress, the host, the chefs, (obviously). The atmosphere was chill and fun. Rosebuds was recomended by a friend in Philly as an Italian place Frank Sinatra ate. I don't know it was this one as several were listed, but this one was great I sat in the covered heated patio and eas very comfortable. Nothing exotic in terms of food but had gluten free pasta, did add some chicken for protein, in delicious marina sauce. Had dairy free sorbet for dessert. Lovely server and it was great experience. Would love to go back.
