Roslin Beach Hotel

Went for my mum 80 birthday. Not a lot on the menu for gluten free ( not by choice) & vegetarian. Spoke to our fab waitress, she spoke to the chef, and wow had a halumi burger with mushroom in a gf roll.. stunning

A very last minute and impulsive decision to book the Roslin for one night stay. Best decision i've made in 2023! My bf had a deep tissue massage with Poppy which fixed his shoulder pain! The room was absolutely lush, very 50s hollywood vibe, the attention to detail, the record player, the most stunning bathroom, the cleanliness of it, absolutely amazing! Had room service which did not disappoint at all (highly recommend their cocktails), had a problem with a broken hairdryer which was solved within minutes! We had such a good time, we ended up staying for lunch at the garden where we had the most delicious gluten free pizzas! Customer Service was amazing throughout (shoutout to Maria our waitress who made us feel so welcomed!) Best mini holiday we had this year, we're definitely coming back to the hotel and we already booked dinner reservations for tomorrow night 😅
