The gluten-free pizza is completely pre-cooked, it is topped on the spot but it stays in the oven for a very short time, just to heat up the toppings such as the tomato remains raw.
I don't think that even if it is the only pizzeria in the area it should serve such a terrible quality of pizza.
Then to praise Neapolitan pizza seems really a bit excessive to me. Neapolitan pizza is something else
