The buffet is open! Which is nice. I missed the buffet. But I did get to try dishes I wouldn't have while they had only ordering from the menu available this past year. Haven't had a thing I didn't like. Though the vindaloo is too spicy for me most days. I usually order a #3 spiciness when I eat Thai food. It is good though; My friend likes spice and he loves the vindaloo. They have one side of the buffet line open, so half the selection, presumably a covid precaution. Fresh, tasty and includes chai tea. It's easy to find gluten free and corn free options. They are always friendly and the food is skillfully seasoned. One of my go-to restaurants in Auburn.
