Came in with my friend who is celiac as someplace new to try. She had the pizza and it was so good! Shan was super kind and informative and even gave us a taste of the GF Cheescake which was delicious! Will definitely be back for regular and GF options.

I don't even want to give this location one star. They charged us extra $20 for our order last time but refunded after being called out. We only ordered one gluten free pizza. Luckily, we noticed on our receipt. Please always check your receipt. This location is robbing the customers. Today again we ordered two pizzas. Customer service is really bad. Girl who took my order, she repeated twice but still missing one item my order. When I called back she was very rude on the phone. She was very aggressive and doesn't know how to talk to the customer and fix their problem. She said this is not the right place for me to order food and told me not to order from their location. Food was cold. Always check your receipt when you order from this location.They always charge you extra money. I don't recommend this place. save your money and time don't go to this location. Bad experience. Employee told me This Is Not The Right Place To Order Food. Train your employees to talk to customers and also train them to take orders precisely. This female person whoever I dealt with should not be working on the front at least. She totally refused to give me her name, despite asking multiple times. Poorest customer service at this location out of all the locations of Royal.
