Just had an amazing experience at Selia Bar and had to share! The entire place is 100% gluten free, which was such a relief — no need to worry about cross-contamination at all. It’s so refreshing to be able to choose anything from the menu without second-guessing or stressing. There were so many delicious options to pick from, and everything we tried was fantastic. Our server, Erick, was absolutely wonderful — friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience even better with his thoughtful service. If you’re looking for a safe and genuinely enjoyable place to eat out, I highly recommend Selia Bar. I left feeling full, happy, and totally at ease.

Fantastic pizza from the spruce meadows stand today. Had the gluten free pizza which was amazing! Also the staff working are very personable and friendly. Definitely will be continuing to get my gluten free pizza from them

The food is incredible! The chicken crack and cauliflower is the best combination, popcorn chicken and fried cauliflower. If you’re gluten free and haven’t been here, you need to go. I come here with people who can eat gluten all the time and they also love it.

I wish I knew about this place sooner! Bought a variety of gluten free cupcakes and they were absolutely delicious! My favourite is the raspberry cheesecake flavour but everything else was yummy. I never thought gluten free can be this good. The lady working at the shop was also very lovely! Would definitely recommend this place!

I dine in and order take out from here religiously. The food is consistently really good and they are so extremely careful with allergies. I have celiac disease and I never worry about eating here. The staff are always kind and helpful. My take out orders always arrive hot and well packaged. I really appreciate this business and all their efforts to be truly gluten free. I’ve turned many friends on to this place.. it’s everyone’s favourite spot. Love Van Son 🙌

This place is fantastic from every aspect. The moment we stepped foot in the door we received a warm welcome. Our gluten and dairy allergies were catered for with ease. We massively over ordered but found all dishes to have such great flavour. The food is very fresh and tasted very traditional in the way it was cooked. Ben and his team are really setting the standards for how customers should be treated whilst serving amazing food right here in wonderful Calgary. We will be back

A staple every time I go to Calgary. As a celiac I feel so safe here, staff always take time to make sure I understand what I can/cannot eat. I would say about 80 percent of the menu can be made gluten free including the fried chicken. It’s great to be able to share with friends and not sacrifice taste. Could not recommend more.

Went to this place for brunch for the first time and had 3 amazing things to note. 1) the coconut chai was to die for and I would return just for that drink alone. 2) the vegan eggs Benedict on falafel was so perfectly savoury and delicious, as someone eating vegan and gluten free, I haven’t had something that covers my dietary restrictions taste so good in a long time. 3) the portion sizes!!! The quesadilla my family had was enormous, the side salads were huge! Amazing to have leftovers for later and even though we ate a lot, we didn’t feel gross after (which we often do with other places) because the ingredients were so clean. The staff were so kind and the restaurant gives cute earthy vibes. Hands down will be going back! (Wish we got photos to share!)

Wonderful staff. Nice atmosphere. Im a celiac and have other allergies. Our waitress was very knowledgeable on the menu and that most items are Gluten Free. This was our first time visiting and we will definitely be the food. The guacamole is amazing!!!!

Juree Thai is an absolute gem. From the moment you walk in, the warm and inviting ambiance sets the tone for an amazing dining experience. The décor is inviting and cozy, creating a space that feels both special and comfortable. The food is truly the highlight—bursting with authentic, delicious flavors ! They also had so many gluten free options which blew us away ! Each dish is beautifully presented, with attention to detail that makes every plate as visually stunning as it is flavorful. The carrots are cut into cranes!! The service was equally impressive—attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Highly recommend Juree Thai for anyone looking for amazing food, a great atmosphere, and top-notch service. Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful food and service. Salvo served us and we were happy to hear he was from Italy as well. We were celebrating a birthday for a celiac and they had a signed card at the table. Also provided a gluten free dessert. Highly recommended for celiacs and meat lovers. The lamb and pineapple was the best!

I was extremely impressed with our waitress' care about my mom's gluten allergy. She even adjusted some items that weren't listed as GF to be so. The hostess had "no clue" about the gluten free options or the what was on the menu at all, but our waitress was so amazing. We will be back knowing I can eat here safely and be listened too.

I went to Hula for the first time today. I have celiac disease and I don’t tolerate dairy well. They had a lot of choices for me, and the lady that helped me was very patient and kind. Gluten free deliciousness While away on a trip I had a hankering for a treat, being a little homesick I was delighted to see a taste from home, especially knowing there was gluten free options. The owner is very kind and will even let you know which flavors are gluten free over the phone which is amazing service. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you again Omar! The menu is small and typical pu. food. I was able to get a gluten-free bun for my cheese burger, even though gluten-free was not mentioned on the menu. It does have accessible washrooms, but none of the restaurant chairs have arms, so a person who has difficulty getting out of a chair may have a problem.
