Just got home from an event here and the food was horrible. The kids food was stone cold and served 25 mins before the adults. The vegetarian meals were served next then 15 mins later the rest of the table was served with the general meal. Everyone ate at different times, there was no butter for the bread, it was just a super unfortunate experience. We had two members with food allergies and despite the clear food allergy instructions, a label at the table for the allergy no one seemed to notice until we had to point it out over and over. It's embarrassing for the person with the allergies to have to keep telling staff why they cannot eat. Not to mention our poor celiac member could not have any of the bread and nothing else was offered. There was a VERY long time between dinner and dessert, we assumed we weren't getting desert. The coffee was set on the side and never offered to us unless we went to get it ourselves. All in all make sure you get to sample the food before you book. It was a very expensive meal for what we got.

My husband I celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary (February 2018) at the Royal Venetian Mansion, and this was a particularly special day for us because we were married at this location in 1993 when it was DiNardo's. We were thrilled to be able to have another event here 25 years later, and RVM did not disappoint. The Banquet Hall has been renovated and is stunning. Gianluca was a pleasure to deal with, very responsive when we texted or emailed, and he was very thorough as we planned our event, answered questions, and gave us excellent suggestions regarding food choices, setup, and evening flow in general. Christian helped us out that evening and even our DJ commented on how helpful he was. He took good care of our guests too. The food was outstanding, from the appetizers to the meal, everything was served piping hot and delicious. I have no complaints. In fact, our guests raved about the food, and were truly impressed by the taste and presentation. The chef is amazing. In fact, the kids LOVED the sweet potato fries, the pasta, the risotto...we had so many positive comments and when kids like the food, you know you did something right! We had guests with food preferences - vegan and gluten free, and all were taken good care of and meals were fantastic. No one was left out, everyone was well attended to. Overall, a beautiful evening. Thanks to RVM staff and Gianluca in particular for making this a memorable event for us. We'll be back I'm certain of it!
