Not only does the Artsy Baker team make ordering easy, they bake delicious cakes and donuts which are insanely creative. Their talent is second to none. They're our family's go-to bakery for special event; we've ordered a Corvette cake (picture attached), an MBA graduation cake, and baby shower donuts, amongst others. I recommend them frequently and loudly to all who will listen. An extra bonus is that they're a nut-free bakery which means the cakes and donuts are safe for our little ones who have peanut allergies... plus they offer a gluten-free option, which means that I can easily accommodate the dietary restrictions for multiple family members with minimal effort. Just got home from an event here and the food was horrible. The kids food was stone cold and served 25 mins before the adults. The vegetarian meals were served next then 15 mins later the rest of the table was served with the general meal. Everyone ate at different times, there was no butter for the bread, it was just a super unfortunate experience. We had two members with food allergies and despite the clear food allergy instructions, a label at the table for the allergy no one seemed to notice until we had to point it out over and over. It's embarrassing for the person with the allergies to have to keep telling staff why they cannot eat. Not to mention our poor celiac member could not have any of the bread and nothing else was offered.
There was a VERY long time between dinner and dessert, we assumed we weren't getting desert. The coffee was set on the side and never offered to us unless we went to get it ourselves.
All in all make sure you get to sample the food before you book. It was a very expensive meal for what we got.
