Saltbox Cafe

I love everything about this funky café. It has a refreshing, cozy atmosphere, where the owner pays attention to detail. It’s a great place to step inside out of the winter chill and enjoy a cappuccino or masala chai with friends or a solo treat. They offer a neat selection of sweet and savoury that’s not overwhelming to choose from. (There was one gluten free sweet option that was quite tasty!) Their signage is on the small side, so keep your eyes open! I’d recommend this as a shop local, buy Canadian, coffee/tea stop.

Cute cafe. Nice ambience. Super clean. Bright and cheery. Excellent service. Pastries and cookies available. Coffees, teas, lattes, hot chocolate, cold drinks. Parking in back. Accessible. We had tea and coffee, both excellent. Nice selection of teas. Hoping they will get a few gluten friendly options.
