Ruby Tuesday

We stopped in for a quick meal. Thankfully our waitress Natalie was amazing and helped guide me to what I could eat with my gluten allergy. She definitely made my experience wonderful. It can be so hard to eat out. She was patient and very understanding.

More than anything I want to leave a review about the stellar service provided by Hannah, the server at the Springfield Missouri restaurant. She was charming, efficient, and went way out of her way to make two weary travelers from the east coast comfortable. You could not have asked for better service at a white table cloth establishment. The nicest part was that her kindness and outgoing personality were genuine. We were hungry but didn’t want to spend a great deal. We ordered the beef kabobs. They came with a generous serving of beef, with vegetables and rice. A great gluten free meat dish when you need a protein burst. But honestly the best part was Hannah. You’ll know her when you see her because, for now at least, her hair is dark on one side and light on the other. Like Cruella DeVille, but nice.
